Running Achievements down - under review

parkrun in their aim of stopping crawlers and bots etc, have implemented a change that currently blocks my app at the moment. 

I’m getting a lot of people saying it’s my app that’s broken because the 5k app is fine and the parkrun site loads ok. Just for clarity, it’s far more complicated than that I’m afraid. 

The reason the 5k app still works is because they have permission from parkrun to directly access your data from an api (server to server) call. I asked parkrun for the same api access but they rejected it. So I have no choice but to try other ways but they are blocking those now. There may be other apps that also have api access however I am not one of them. 

I  am investigating and testing different ways to get around this, but please be aware I may need days or weeks of time to do this.

I do this for free at my own personal time and cost, so please be understanding in the above, I can’t turn around a solution to this one in a few minutes sadly.
